I am one of those lucky people that knew exactly what they wanted to be when they grew up. When I was in elementary school, I would organize the neighborhood kids to write scripts and shoot movies, even if we didn't have a real camera. I also built a fully-functioning radio station in the basement, even if it didn't actually broadcast anywhere. I guess I was destined to be a producer. Today, I produce award winning media for a wide range of clients, companies and audiences. No matter job or title I have, it's my goal to deliver creative, compelling media that is on-time and on-budget. The best part about my job is that I get to educate and entertain people by telling stories. I am always looking for new challenges and new ways to tell those stories.

I look forward to talking with you about your organiation and how I can help you reach your goals through high-quality video production.

MY BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION

I was born and raised in the Washington, DC area, but I went to school at The University of Alabama. I know what you are probably thinking. "Why would you go all the way down there?" The reason was The Center for Public Television.

During my freshman year, I managed to talk my way into a paying job as a production assistant. I took classes in the morning and then worked on nationally brodcast TV and Radio programs for the rest of the day. I was mentored by a former producer at CNN. He told me that a great producer would be able to fill every role on a show by themselves if needed. So by the time I left college, I was an assistant producer who could write, shoot and edit.

Since then, I've gone on to work for a variety of companies and organizations. Each stop in my career has presented me with fun challenges and interesting projects. I've produced many different types of video for broadcast, cable and streaming platforms. I've even been on TV myself a few times. (Ask me about the time I was a background actor on "How I Met Your Mother.")
